This is the first piece I cut with my new machine. It is 1 of a set of 4 frame tie-in pieces for the rear bumper on my CJ7. It is 1/4" thick, cut very cleanly. What slag remained on the backside brushed off easily with a chipping hammer. There was no grinding done to this piece.
Question to tech.....I had my machine set at 50 amps 65 psi, is this close to recommended settings for !/4" plate?
