2 cans, real fancy :)
I start with an empty can of bad tungstens, and a can of sharpened ones, tip side up. And as I keep going the bad ones go in the other can orange side up.

I use a piece of 2x4 with different size holes drilled in it and small hole at one end to the larger going to the other end that way i know what size i am grabbing. those mini bench grinder are nice to sharpen them that way you have a dedicated grinder just for you tungsten
I like having the dedicated grinder nearby, makes it relatively quick and painless to give the tungsten a quick "tune-up" whenever needed. Especially for a 1/16" tungsten... grinds quickly.
But, that setup looks functional too. I dislike opening and closing the plastic packages that tungstens come in. Those plastic covers on them can get kind of stuck sometimes.
I too just got a dedicated grinder and it rocks. I used to pull the tungsten out (hot of course) and used a drill on a dedicted green wheel but having the dedicated grinder near works for me. I just ordered a pack of 10 diamond wheels for under $10, so I hope those last.
I think I might use your 2x4 idea!
I usually sharpen several and as I change them, the bad ones get thrown on the welding table and roll off or just get buried in junk.
And I've seen those small grinders at HF and wondered why someone would buy them, Now I know!!
there handy with the dremal attachment also
