For those on the fence considering buying a Everlast welder, we have been using a 250EX for close to 2.5 years. Here are some pics of the aluminum parts I weld everyday.

My son is doing a leaning post for a fellow in Ft. Lauderdale soon. I will try to remember to snap some pictures. It will be with the 250EX as well. Not that the DX and LX would not do the job.
Wow those look nice... Great welds... What are they???? They almost look like a hydraulic cylinder.
Hehe, I was wondering exactly the same thing. The thickness of the larger tube don't seem to correlate to the beefiness of that tab that's welded to it. Very curious. Nice welds! :DQuote:

After you stuff them, do you weld the end caps on, or can you change out the material in them?
