I ordered a 250ex with a cooler. I have the cooler just waiting on the machine. I normally weld with a 250 syncrowave tig runner. I am looking forward to the less amp draw and arc adjustments.
anyway here is some of alum fabrication that I do. I hope the 250ex can do what I need. Looking forward to lighting up the torch and seeing what it will do.

My guess: power for all those sodium lamps around the bow... to attract fish at night? "Shining" for deer that swim?!

Nice job on those projects- not only functional but pleasing to the eye, partly because of the curves and angles. You're good with a tube bender, too.

Those are the same lights we use when welding at night. Must blind the poor fish.

Welcome aboard, nice projects too. The 250EX will make you very happy, great welding. Own one myself.

Power for the lights and it's an air motor. There is a prop on it and a steering cables to rotate the mount.
