Foot pedal question

With the update of the new style 200dx are all the Everlast foot pedals the same??? Interchangeable between different models??? Most of the posts are saying the potentiometers are 50,000 ohms.

This quote from the Next shipment??? thread refers to a part number coming out to a 10,000 ohm potentiometer.

There are actually going to be 3 different values on the pedals for the Everlast range.
Most units use a 47k Pot with the exceptions of the Micro Tig 185 , Powerarc 160 , Power Ultra 205 and these have a 27k value.

The 210EXt will use a completely new pedal and it has a 1k R value
there are other possible changes to the standard pedal that is supplied that is planned for the future but this is something we should not be bringing up and discussing at this time.

Oh joy. Three different ones is kinda interesting. Makes it much less likely that there will be a wireless version in the near future. :( I'd love to be proven wrong, though. :) I guess I could always make that a project...

Just want to be sure. The MicroTig 185 is 22K right? 27K is a typo?

The wireless is strongly patent protected and will be for many years...otherwise the other guys would have brought it out already. And if they did, each successive design would make the next design more difficult to design around. We're not thinking about that for the near future...

I'd like to know how they design in the ability to resist wireless interference - high frequency starts and all.
