All this metal work reminded me of the Bird cage. Well I started out as welding project but it was to hard but I used welding rod. I made with aluminum welding rods and no weld but a lot of thinking on how to do it and put it together.

How do you get the bird in and out ?
I can see the bird going in but never coming out. :P Kudos though on the project. How did you get the uniform shape? Was it done in a jig or did you manually bend each one?
That ease you don't it was to put letters in for a wedding they liked birds so much I made it for a gift.
