Pricing for 60/80S vs 60/80S CNC package

I was interested in purchasing either a 60S or 80S Plasma cutter with a hand cutting torch with the option to upgrade to a CNC cutting system at a later date, but the pricing difference between the "hand torch only" vs. CNC packages doesn't make sense.

60S base price: $879
iPT60M 50/60A CNC/Machine 25ft Blowback Start : $479
Total (60S + iPT60M): $1358
60S CNC package price: $1399
Price difference: $41 more (and no hand torch)

80S base price: $999
iPT 80M CNC 70/80A 25 ft Blowback Start/Central: $510
Total (80S + iPT80M): $1509
80S CNC package price: $1599
Price difference: $90 more (and no hand torch)

Why does buying the CNC package cost more than buying the base machine + machine torch? Does the CNC package come with a hand torch as well (in case I want to switch between CNC and non-CNC cutting)? Both the 60S and 80S base machine descriptions seem to indicate that the CNC control board is included. Is there some other difference not listed?

The base models are currently on promotion while the CNC packages are not.
