    thanks mark!
yea, after talking with alex, it appears that the 205 will suit all my needs and then some, i was looking at the 256, but once alex gave me more info on the units, and that the 205 consumables are more available locally to me, my mind was made up!

Torch consumables are the only thing that is different. The 205 uses a torch that has many name brand counterparts, so cons can be bought locally.

Are the 256 water cooled torches hard to get cons for locally?

Thanks for the clarification. I wasn't trying to imply anything negative about the Everlast torches. I was just responding to Presure2 comment "that the 205 consumables are more available locally to me", thats all.
