Problems with pp256

Did you reach in from the side, or did you remove the front bezel ?
Or did you reach in through the louvers ?

I know that is something that Eric checks. They do get bounced off in shipping. But I can''t figure out how they would get bent so far over.

I took off the rear cover and green case cover.

The real weird part is one prong was perpendicular to the board(normal) and the other was bent away in both directions. The gap was approx .065but the points were like end to end not center to center. Say the gap was controlled on axis x( viewed left/right from the front), well on axis y(viewed front/back) it was bent waaaaaaaaaaaaaay back towards the rear of the box.
