Thread: Customer support forum?

  1. #1

    Default Customer support forum?

Just wondering if it would be a decent idea to have a customer support forum where people could as questions, or seek help directly from the Everlast support team.

People could post a question and only the Everlast team could answer ( Set the ability to reply at moderator and above ), that way the post wouldn't get swallowed up by other posts and they would be assured they would get a proper answer.

granted most posts can be answered by other users on the forums but their may be some issues that owners or potential owners would feel more confident having answered by someone from Everlast.

    Just a thought.

This is our customer support forum! We keep up daily with the posts looking for any customers in need of help. Any one with a question is welcome to answer...All the moderators and admistrators ARE Everlast. Each section has the ability to ask questions. The point we have is that we want it to be open for customers to share ideas, issues, and other thoughts. Any WRONG or misleading information from others sharing will be appropriately dealt with. The key is to use the search function first.

They are fine where they are, unless you need to put them in a thread. If you have a project associated with them, then you can insert them directly into the thread when you "go advance" at the bottom of the page and click add photos (or something like that).
