Hello what is the time frame for support to call back?
Last Sunday I called and PM'd about a problem and Mark was kind enough to reply on Monday but he wasn't able to help, he is in performance.
Emailed Mike PM'd him and called and left 2 messages all including a description and my name and 2 phone numbers got automated responses. Also emailed Oleg and he said to wait for Mike.
I can post my communications, it would be a repetition of the same story.
Today is Friday the weekend is just about here and nothing.
Have I ever said anything to offend this company?
I though there was a good rep-ore,
now getting tired of waiting by the phone.
How about an estimate of when the return call will be?
The 2T/4T problem has turned to an intermittent and the switch in the water cooled Tig is sticking, took it apart and found the little bosses that it pivots on are two short to stay in place and the mold flash was cleaned but its still inconsistent on turning off, the Argon regulator/flow meter needs a new gauge that was a leak that cost me a lot of money in Argon, couldn't find the leak till it got real bad and a buddy heard the squeal in the gauge, a pipe plug is doing just fine. Till these are solved can't do much about the 2T/4T problem.
