Thread: plasma consumables

  1. Default plasma consumables

ya'll should have a 5 pack of consumables for people who don't use their plasma's all the time. took me almost 2 years to use up the set that came with my power ultra 205 and there aren't any panasonic dealers in the area and i don't need 10 packs of stuff. if ya'll did a 12 pack with 5 posts 5 cups and like 2 ceramics that would be great.

When it comes to consumables, you may as well get the big pack, you may never use it all, but I have seen ceramics break after falling off the bench. When you factor in postage shipping and handling, reorder and the time you spend waiting it's better to have lot's of extra's, Nothin worse than blowing your last tip on a weekend and have to wait until the stores open or week for the mail to come.

Would you guys recommend a different configuration for the consumables. What I am wondering if one ordered the big pack would you still recommend additional ceramics? Or ....?

The larger packs are pretty much sized out in the right quans for each thing cup, tip etc., of course some people drop things more than others and tips can go 1,2,3 in short order if you cut wrong or have water issues in your system, you can ruin things by mistahe trying to correct issues or you can put one tip in and have it last for a year. It just pays to have more than you need on hand, factoring in murphys law, shipping handling , driving to and fro and so forth. I'm still on my original parts, but if anything craps out I'm prepared to go a couple of years before I have to resupply. When it comes to consumables you either have them or wish like "L" you had them.
