Delivery Date for Early april order

still no data for mine either - guessing there still at everlast so much for them getting in on the 10th and out by the 11th/12th. Now UPS lists 4/18 as the date...when I ordered Oleg assured me they would be in in 3 weeks that was back on 2/22...starting to wonder if welders are up with there unicorn's....

I would think the same thing if i had not seen the loading of my shipment with my own eyes and seeing it sent off to the Port.
I am really getting frustrated. My shipment for Canada was delayed leaving the port after loading onboard by a few days . I can only assume it was because of the Tsunami that happened a couple of days previous to that. Right now the Container is sitting in Vancouver for the last 2 weeks waiting to get on Rail to be sent to me here in Toronto. When is it arriving ?? I call my Agent every morning trying to get a update but CN Rail does not rush for anything.
It is extremely frustrating and i can not even find out why it is taking so long.
I should have received this shipment a week ago

It is turning out that i may not even be here for the shipment arrival because i am back at the Factory on the 21st for the next order being made, and if it is not loaded on rail in the next day or two i will be gone before it arrives

don't get me started on the next batch of machines - I read on another site that the new versions of the powertigs are getting made. The 250ext with the digital controls...Why is it that I read about that on another site and nothing about it here....I really enjoy finding out I just bought model that has already been replaced

These units are completely different than the current line, and more expensive.They aren't replacing the current powertigs. There are no plans for replacement at all. These are a higher end line of product and will remain distinct. Physical size and everything put them in their own category as they are larger. Got an eMail the other day (4-11-2011) with a tracking #... Scheduled Delivery: 13-April-2011 ... OK!!??..... we will see about that. I Punch in the tracking # into the UPS website This morning, and it said... "A UPS shipping label has been created. Once the shipment arrives at our facility, the tracking status--including the scheduled delivery date--will be updated." So looks to me like the unit has not even made it to the First drop off yet!

You could always change it to "somewhere in california".. Seriously though I was hoping to have my unit by Friday but there is no activity on the tracking number yet so I guess it will be next week. As for the coolers, I am not sure as I did not order one at this time. I am not sure that everything I ordered was sent out in my shipment and I sent an email but got a reply saying to check my tracking number for when my unit will ship... This is not what I was asking and not the person I wanted the email to go to so I guess I am gonna have to call Alex since he took my order. So far all support and people at Everlast have been great until this one person seem to overlook my question and refer me to something that clearly does not remotely answer my question.

I think I know who that person was....it is a result of answering possibly several hundred calls in a day, mostly centered around the same call and questions. And it may be a mutual misunderstanding. The tracking numbers will be issued for each package ordered and will be listed separately. Your order is important to us. Its just hard not to be human sometimes.

I understand and I am sure you probably know who it was. I understand that they probably have a lot of emails and calls which is why I didn't post their name and figured I should just call the person I have dealt with who knows my order. I have 2 tracking numbers for a pp256/cart/weldcraft torch and a upgraded plasma. I assume the plasma is in with the pp256 and the 2lb package is the torch. Is the pp256 weight off in one place or could the 85lbs be the cart? and if its the PP I assume the cart is missing? If you could answer these questions I would apprieciate it or I can try to call Alex. I just hate to bug him when I am sure he is assisting with the shipment of the units which is why I sent an email in the first place. The only email I know for him would be sales@ I assume. Does he have Alex@everlast? If I need to contact him and he has that email, maybe that would be the best route?

I don't think the delivery date on my message of 4/18 is gonna make it since I'm in Minnesota and thats a long ways to go in 4 days with a weekend in between when the welder hasn't even been in the hands of UPS yet. Does any one know if their are water coolers up for sale not with a 2 month wait?

A lot of times a company will create the label and such and then UPS will pick them up. The problem I would assume is the units have not made it to the dock for one reason or another for pickup. They may be in transit from getting unloaded from the ships or may be sitting at Everlast. Does anyone know if they are actually at the Everlast building?

starting to look like this tracking number this is just another way to jerk us along - just checked 4/14 6:30 am at the package still has not been handed off to UPS. Looks like it will be at least a 2 month wait for me when I was told the welder would be here in 3 weeks...While the support guys here have been good - looks like sales and shipping need some work. Putting together and printing labels should be that much of a hold up. Then we have been told a number of times the welder are NOT tested after they arrive from China. I also seem to recall that the welder are shipped in the same box they arrive in from China so its just a matter of putting a label on the box and calling UPS for a pick up. So where the heck is the hold up.....Being told something will be here in 3 weeks and then waiting for 2 months is unaccecptable. While I can understand shipping delays happen, it just seems to be a pattern with everlast that has to get fix in order to keep growing.

Just this week on Monday I won an auction for a 220v pump, paind for it late Monday night, an it shipped Tuesday. Got the email form UPS and the tracking number should it will be delivered today. Ordered few computer parts Tuesday from somewhere in CA, and they showed up yesterday even though they were shipped ground.

your just jerkin yourselves along at this point. at the beginning of this thread I was Stated " WE ARE CREATING THE LABELS IN ADVANCE" so "THAT WHEN WE HAVE THEM PHYSICALLY ON HAND WE CAN START SHIPPING THEM OUT"
