I've got an onsite job for the little PU205 portable multifunction. This will involve 60-80 hours of fabbing structural steel for an unusual style of home a Customer is building.
The welding will be all stick welding and there will be some plasma cutting as well.

I thought I would use the little Everlast instead of my Miller Onan beast. This way I don't have to spend $10 per hour just on gasoline, plus it's quiet.

But how does it handle 1/8" 7018 on 1/4" steel?

Have a look, so far I like it better than the Miller for this.
This was done at 140 amps, so lots of juice left.
