    Default bead roller work (Pictures)

I did a rear panel for a friends 1963 Mini Cooper.
I am new to bead roller work and this is one of my best effort. The motor and fot pedal I added made it easier and added to the quality right away.

Nice work Ram. What kind of roller do you have? Did you design your own motor set-up, or buy a company built set-up? I have a Harbor Freight bead roller I like playing with.

The bead roller was made by a fellow in fla. he has a few videos on you tube under the name courtjeater.
I did the motor foot pedal setup myself, with help from Courtjester on ideas It was my third attempt I had two other motor / speed control designs that did not pan out that well. I have pictures ofd the motor project on here if you search my threads.

Nice work Ram. A ACourtJester, in Florida. I think he was a member here some time ago. Have not seen him on for awhile.

Wow - that looks really nice. Great work, Ray.

I'll bet rolling beads imparts a good deal of added rigidity to otherwise flimsy panels, too.

Very Nice, you could make a buck by doing a video of how to do that, you and worntorn could make a cool set of how to video's, that could generate some cash.

    Thanks for the kind words.
Putting beads in panels does add quite a bit of rigidity but you need to have them in different places and planes to get the panel rigid in both directions. I am still new to the art of BR but sure do enjoy it.
