    Default New Bead Roller

Attachment 2299Here is a HD Bead Roller I built I have built others. This one has improvements over the other with an adjustable top shaft (in/out) and has a quick release clamping mechanism for repeatable pressure settings. This was my first large project using my PM 256 Tig.

    HI
The bottom shaft is powered and it works fine If you vied the videos you would see that.
It has a foot controller so you can use it with both hands.

that's a nice machine you've designed, well thought out. I'd still like to know what you used for a motor, but it looks like I have to buy the plans for that. are they for sale yet?

I have used different motor on the different Bead Rollers I have built. What is shown in the video is a HF 1/2 Drill motor that I converted to be controlled by a foot controll (speed and on/off).
If you want other info on the motor PM me and I will supply it. And the plans are for sale (acourtjester@hotmail.com) motor info free.
