Well my brothers exhaust needed done since his stock exhaust decided to rust right after the cat and the pipe broke apart. I had a spare aftermarket that had been hacked out of a car and given to me but was smaller than anything I would probably run my self so I decided I would use it for parts and we would make a new better exhaust for my brothers car. I don't have a ton of pictures as this was a hurry up get it done type of job but I do have some to show. What was used is 1 Borla muffler, 1 resonator(not sure of brand), 2 1/4 aluminized pipe. The cat was removed and I have to cut the bolts heads off to get it out. After removing it, I cut the flange off and used it to make a test pipe. The straight section under the car is goes from the flange on the downpipe to the front of the backseat. The section angles from that under the back seat and has the single res located there and then turns back to go over the rear beam. After the beam is the muffler and then a straight pipe out the back.

Here is the start of the exhaust as it came from another car.

The high flow cat was sold. Here you see the stock cat that the flange was taken from.

The test pipe was pie cut and then bent and welded back ####. That is the only thing I did with a TIG. I seem to fill in the big openings well with the TIG for some reason.

Everything else was done with a MIG that my friend owns.
Here is under the back seat.

This is right after the rear beam

And out the back

Its not real pretty but it works and sounds decent. No lawn mower sounds
