Just bought a 225LX and have a problem with it.
I'm confused on who do I talk to and what number.
I talked to Ray but I think there is Mark and Mike.

Can someone point me in the right direction?

I'm not sure who you would want to talk to, but you could post a description of the problem you're having, and maybe we can help solve it

You can search around and may find an answer to your issue. Or just use the contact us link. These guys really do care about their customers. If you do call remember you may be one of fifty callers, so be patient. They will contact you.
