Hi. I was wondering if anyone can point me to find a roller that works for the I-Mig 200. I am new to MIG and don't know which one is interchangable as for rollers. Thanks.

Hi. Trying to find tips, roller for flux core or different size solid wires. Thanks.
Tips will interchange with tweco. Most customers use the standard rollers for flux core without any issues.

We stock Flux rollers / liners / tips etc for IMIG 200 units.
In fact we carry all consumable parts for our Binzel torches
cheers
Ken the trafimet torch parts should interchange with the Binzel.

I think a sticky would be good. For parts like liner, roller, tips, nozzle etc. I find myself wasting too much time looking for parts online. I know you have them in stock but I would like to kind of shop for the parts. Most online doesn't carry any of these parts or if you google it'll show up in uk or other parts of the world.
I am wondering what's the roller size, tip, and liner does the I-Mig 200 come with? Your site is quiet confusing by the way you advertise. It advertise for .08-.10 for the machine but the only 10ft mb15 gun you have for sale is .06-.10. Almost like you're not sure of what you're selling.
Standard is .030 or .8 mm. The stock roller will work from . 030-.045. But the tip sent is .030. Liner will work with all of the above. I am not sure what the concern is about the gun. It will handle from .23-.045. The gun itself has nothing to do with the roller capacity.

my consumable 'kit' came with a spare .030 and a .035 tip in a bag with the trafimet logo on it, FWIW.
also, in a pinch, the tips are the same as lincoln (home depot or lowes) and harbor freight(nozzles, too). you'll pay more but it sure helps on sunday afternoon. I have some .035 flux core I can try next week, but I thus far I've only run .030. maybe I'll pick up a few heavy spools from the LWS and test out the drive roll's capacity. mark can correct me on this if I'm wrong, as I'm not looking at it right now, but I'm pretty sure my roller has 2 grooves in it, meaning you can flip it over for a different wire size. I think .030 is the smaller of the two, so I don't know if it will even pull .023. again, I should probably test it.

it will be this next week at the earliest(unless HF has .023 and .035), but I'll take some pictures when I get to it. we're going up to a B&B in FW tonight

Ending order a .23 roller from everlast but about 3 weeks of the order nothing. Still back order so a refund was issue. Today went out in town to hunt a roller but no luck. Guess just have to wait and hope everlast have it stock? Like never? Try the .30 roller but it's not feeding constantly. Worth a shot.

Went outside and played it some more. I guess now I am stuck with a ####en 11 pound of .23 wires. I like the welder but I think everlast can improve their business practice. It's like besides the welder most things are half ###.
1. Every time they say they will ship and send me a tracking number, I have to call after the date they give me and ask about the tracking number. I get the, "Oh it's not shipped yet. Will ship tomorrow and send you the tracking number." I am not your mother who has to remind you. I am the customer.
2. You do not stock everything. Until you do you can say that.
3. The manual that came with the welder was a piece of ####.
4. Flow regulator packed, was not packed. Got number one when I called.
5. When I order my Mig 200 I wanted to order consumables because I knew I want to use the smallest wires to do sheet metal. The answer on the phone was, "You should order else where because it would be cheaper." Did a #### ton of searching for someone who never mig before and still ended up ordering from everlast to be positive the consumables would fit. Most items where not in stock. Website failed to warn customer. I waited three weeks before I finally gave up on waiting for a package, called for tracking number. Wasted a #### ton of my time.
6. Did not have tips for .23 so I had to run around town finding it. Which I did. Again a big waste of my time because I did order of everything I needed to avoid this but it was not in stock. No notice until I call.
7. Another trip to find a roller that would fit. Went to three different welding supply shop in town and nothing fit. Obvious have to order from everlast. Stop giving out bull #### about finding it in town. Did order but again everlast doesn't have it in stock. Wasted a #### ton of driving and time.
8. Piece of #### manual and poor training on everlast over the phone equals this. I-Mig 2000 not sparking
9. I regret not just getting a Millermatic 211 locally. Would had paid a bit more but in the long run would had save a #### ton of time out of traffic and money on gas. Not looking forward to ordering most things from everlast since they do not have most consumables in stock.
