Plasma cutter returned!!!!

I posted here a few weeks ago about my everlast plasma 70amp cutter wich I returned for service under RA#110506 and everlast recieved on may 5th. I got 1 response from Oleg called the cell # and left a message. A couple days later I recieved an email saying my plasma cutter was being repaired at that time. I have since tried to contact everlast many different ways but get NO RESPONSE! Its now over 10 weeks since I have been without my plasma cutter and have no clue of whats going on. Can somebody PLEASE HELP ME???????

All I get is a auto response saying i will have a reply as soon as possible.

I know when I called it was very hard to understand the person on the other end. They have had $2k of my money while I am waiting on my shipment. I could have had a Lincoln Precision Tig 225 two months ago and be welding. Called yesterday and they are supposed to be shipping the 250EX's starting today. If I don't get a shipment e-mail next week I will cancel and order my Lincoln.
