You missed the point of a Teardrop it is a very minimum in size and equipment to keep the weight down. And also very low so no wind resistance better MPG.

A guy in Sweden built this one. There are plans for them on Ebay too. But most are a bed and the back hatch has cooking equip and food storage.

That's good stuff, I would like to build a small camper. Nothing big 5x8 - 5x10, but I would like a small shower/toilet. I'm not a big camper, but it would be nice to have something you could vacation with.

A good idea is to build your shower stall (solar hot water if possible backed by one of these: http://www.sportsmansguide.com/net/cb/cb.aspx?a=542593 )
