Project 12 from d3javoodoo ^ Jig for sm. Scale Wheel (5 spoke) ^
Here's a few images of a jig I worked on this evening
it's for a small scale wheel I'm designing for a small scale concept vehicle/RC model. I favor this five spoke design to the previous 6 spoke for fab reasons....
I choose 4.5" od x 1.5"w x 1/8 wall crs pipe for the base of the wheel well...
the spokes are 1/4" x 1/2" crs. So far. With the jig there is faster production which may allow me to skip a mold process & just fab my way to a rolling chassis.
