No, Alex is what he goes by...but Oleg is his given name. We do have an Alex in shipping...But he isn't involved in sales.

Hmm... every time I called him Alex on the phone he said No, Oleg. Is there a chance that sometimes he's Alex and sometimes he's Oleg ?

No, as I call him both, but usually Alex...but I know who I am talking to so.

it keeps the customers confused which can be useful at times!

I find that he gives a bit better deals as Oleg than as Alex, although as Alex he is pretty smooth on the phone

Either way he's always treated me well.

I didn't realize that he went by both names. I have always dealt with him by the name Alex and he has never said anything about it. Even as Alex he gave me a great deal so there is no difference there. Thinking about it, he called me first after I showed interest in the product and referred to himself by the name Alex. And Thanks again Alex, I plan to order some more stuff including another welder but have to wait the extra funds.
