contest question

So this is my first contest and I just want to make sure i get it all right because i dont want to do everything to get entered and not do something right so it dont enter me. So my big question is when it asks to Register your name on the forum is it just like put the information it asks as a post like everyone does or is it something else i have to do.

"Register" means become a member so you've got that, the avatar and sig. Lots of guests (non members) read the site also.
