Joe, I contacted the sales office they should be back to you here on the forum, but you really need to call them as they have no idea who you are on the forum with usernames.. The sales folks rarely pop into the tech support forum, but I did email them.

Tom, Shouldn't you be working on the next cool tool for us to drool over...

Our order is on the way and left the factory late again.

Whenever we can't get IGBT modules all of our inventory gets delayed . Not much we can do. If we will install different brand of IGBT modules people get upset. They want the Siemens modules from Germany direct. So we had to wait.

    Mike,
I have been in contact and the only answer I get is:

"No it did not arrive yet.
If you can no longer wait, refund is available.
We will be sending you an e-mail once it is here."

The shipment is supposedly on the sea since at least August 24th. The unit has been on order three months on the 16th of September.

    Big Joe.

Yea, there is nothing tech support can do as far as the sales side of our company. Oleg is the man and he can tell you the details.

The option for a refund is there, you can get a cooler from a lot of sources if you cant wait any longer. With all the time you mentioned and you have a 250EX, you could have just built one (not ribbing you they are not real complex).

I know sometime we can only get so much in the containers and I would think the coolers would get cut back every time over welders.

I have a Bernard myself. But they are over $900, this one was $1200 new. So they are out there.

Mark generally keep as close and eye as can be kept on shipping. Maybe he knows when the next one will be in. And hope there are coolers on it.

Oleg, that statement has served to further reinforce my belief in the Everlast line of products. I know of many companies that would just find a substitute, regardless of the consequences in the quality department. Doing so is like lighting a fuse on a bomb. And
once that bomb goes off, the substitute parts fail, the machines are returned, and not only does the company suffer from the costs involved, but the REPUTATION suffers. Keep up the good work with the reputation.

We've created our own monster in some regards with this IGBT module thing. Though not all our units have the actual modules, the modules are easier to replace, and theoretically more durable. With over 1000 welder factories in China, (according to my sources), they operate like a bunch of lemmings. Whenever they see one successful thing with a welder, they are all out to copy it. The IGBT modules have gotten more expensive and more popular...and in higher demand...
