I purchased a powerpro 256 on august 25 and recieved it on september 4th everything worked great right out of the box. No problems with any functions on the machine. November the 5th it gave a green light under the duty cycle light and would not operate on any function. I called tech support and explained the determined the inverter was bad and i would have to ship it back for a replacement. Only problem is they would not have any more in stock for two more weeks. I shipped it back and they recieved it on sept 16. i called on the 16 to ck on the status on it and was told it would take 3 to 4 days to figure out what was wrong and one to two weeks to repair it then another week to recieve it.
I think something is wrong with this picture cause when i called today the arrival time is still at 2 weeks for new machines.
I love the machine but something has to give with the repair time. and wasnt i supposed to get a 30 day satisfaction guarantee with it ive only had it for 6 days.
I leave messages with i guess the sales girl/order status clerk cause its always the same person who answers the phone. im just really dissapointed with the service ive experienced so far i hope it gets better. is there another # i can reach someone at to find out something
