FCAW and SMAW over the weekend.
Well this is my latest welding project... 7" long each blade is 2" Wide and 1/8" thick.
First I put two pieces together.
Then I tacked them.
Then I tacked the third one on the opposite side.
Then I ground the two original tacks off.
Then I tacked the fourth one on and welded it...

The weld is about 4" long and it has a root pass and a cover pass.
The spatter is from the FCAW below it... The wire welder Isn't working right. The wire was pulsing. I think it's the tip.
Btw, my favorite position is the "monkey squat" lol.
