Okay this is project 4. Obviously won't be getting 5. Anyway, Dad had some wood slab carriers with bent or broken feet. My job was to use my bro's and my Everlast SuperCut 50 to cut the broken or damaged feet off at the weld. Then use the plasma to cut 3" channel steel (A-36) to cut new feet. Then weld them on. I was extremely pressed on time so the welds aren't the best and I only got four pictures. But I think you'll get the point
I used baked 7018 1/8" rods, if you are wondering how much of a difference baking 7018's, it is worth it by far. A very notable difference. I baked mine for a week at 150-180 degrees.
