Thread: recieved the powerarc 200

  1. Default recieved the powerarc 200

I got the Powerarc 200 today. Looks awesome. Cant wait to get the plug and try it out this weekend. Wanted to say they went back to the 3 port. Also had a question about the product registration. It says warranty starts on day of purchase but biught it a couple months ago does the warentey and also the 90 days start back in august when i paid for it or now that I got it since i had such a long wait. Nothings wrong with it just a question that I had. Thanks. Cant wait to fire it up and burn that first rod!!!

After your Lincoln 225 you will be blown away by the PA 200. I made the same transition and now have two Lincoln tombstones sitting in the back of the barn.

Can't help on the warranty question.

Yes, but you have probably noticed that the Everlast flaming on WW has vanished to almost nothing compared to what it was just a short while ago.

More guys over there are trying out the Everlast products and are becoming believers. There is still the hard-core die-hards but more and more folks are defending Everlast quality.

well I did get to try it out and let me say it was awesome. It worked like a dream. A huge improvement. Love the infanant amp control. Makes vertical so much better. And changing it by 2 or 3 amps makes a big differance. Quite a noticable one in vertical. It was working good even with old harbor freight 7018 1/8". I got them about a year ago for about $4 for 5lbs. And they aint too good but the powerarc 200 ran them like a champ. Not hardly any spatter when with the old lincoln 225 ac it nothing but. Im a believer now. It works great and is way quiter than i figured it whould be. The arc has a cool sound too. Cant wait to get a few big projects to use it on. Hopefully it will last me many many years.

Showing samples of your workmanship should go a long ways toward earning people's confidence, regardless of your age.

Oh you mean it doesn't hum at 60HZ anymore? I will not miss my dad's deathbox with the bare wires as soon as I get my new PA200!
