Hi guy`s my name is Gil, I`m a technician at the local New holland dealer, did some profesional welding years ago and now i`m more of a hobiest, after studying all the welders out there and looking for used ones for a year and not finding any, i chose and bought a pp256 multi welder, looks like a well built unit, So far i`ve used the stick on a few projects and it welds as good or even better than my old lincoln, the tig i haven`t tried yet, i`m in the middle of building a cooler/cart combo, the plasma has issues (have a post under multi units) but overall once thats resolved it will be a perfect unit for my hobby. Right now i`m in the middle of restoring a `55 ford f100, full custom, i`ve chopped the top, removed drip rails, pie cut the hood, built a custom box, sectioned the front frame and installed a crown vic front end, boxed in frame, ect, anyways thanks for having me on this forum!

. Bet that F100 is super. Love them old fords. Anywyas, I just picked up a Power ultra 250P and it seems to be a great little machine. Hope you get yours figured out and happy welding
