Title says it all. Got a new PP205. The regulator shows 2100 psi, but other than a small gasp of argon after I first turn it on, there is nothing flowing out of the low side, even disconnected from the welder. Any ideas?

First the argon will only flow when you activate the torch . Second do you have the black knob turned to allow flow at the correct LPM??
The black knob regulating LPM is the one not doing anything.
I attached the regulator. Opened the valve at the top of the tank and the pressure gauge goes to 2100 psi. But turning the black knob does nothing. This is with the regulator not even hooked up to the welder.

had the same problem, tapped on the regulator with a hammer and then it worked, something internally was sticking
Thanks. Just tried that and it flowed a little, maybe 1 LPM and then stopped again. I'm only 30 minutes away from Everlast. Maybe I'll call Oleg and see if he'll do an exchange.

Just want to make sure I end with a good post. Seems like a lot of people come on here to complain. I called and they said come on over. I drove over and they had a new regulator waiting for me (which works fine). Didn't even check my paperwork to make sure it was in warranty.
By the way, for those of you that aren't fortunate enough to live around here - they have a real warehouse and it is full to the rafters with welders. There wasn't much going on today (of course I was there at lunch time) but when I picked mine up a couple of weeks ago they were very busy. Look forward to firing this thing up tonight.
