I just purchased a power plasma 50 and my first Tig Welder. The power Tig micro 185
I've started playing with the plasma cutter. After a few settup hiccups I love it. Hopefully I will have the tig up and runnig next week.
Anyone in the Kansas City area who can get a newbe started in Tig welding. Bob

I'm retired now but when I was working I was a Jet engine mechanic then I switched to a powerplant electrician and finally retired as a Aircraft Electrician. Now I'm just playing. I've always enjoyed making things So far I've machined out a couple of AR 15 receivers. Built some automatic tapping fixtures for the local tool supply, made a small steam engine and restored a couple of cars. I'm going to start making some small things for other people to fund my hobby. Bob

I worked for the govenment updating the controls and building backup powerplants all over the World for the Military.

Hey Vettebob. I live near the plaza n KC MO. I want to get into Tig as well. I used to Mig a Lot on the jeep but I have been out of the loop for about 10 years I got my machine up and running again and I'm starting with some small projects gardening tools to be exact.. sounds like you have had a great career, let me know if you need an extra pair of hands, I would love to see your Everlast machines.
