Ithougt it would be easier to start with a flat dolly that I had what a mistake. No matter how I turned it welder just would not sit right because had two pieces of angle in middle so had to cut off with o/a torch then weld 3/4" square tube braces in middle. Then started to build rack out of 1 1/2'x1/8" square tube for upper shelf and water cooler shelf. So here are some pics will post more as it comes together.
