Thread: 1st project with 256

  1. Default 1st project with 256

This is a drive wheel on my dump truck, yesterday I ran over the corner of my mini ex blade and it bent the rim and ripped a quarter size hunk of aluminum out of the rim. I beat out the dent, and built up the rim with a series of lugs. A little work with the grinder and she is back in service. Turned out well, I could have taken a little more time and got everything a little more true, but it works. This machine welds aluminum like a champ...I'm VERY happy with it!

That is some low profile tires for a dump truck. That tire looks like it came off a sports car.
