    HI Duncan,
Oh, now I know why I find the small brown string stuck under the control knobs on occasion. LOL.
You look like you’re staying busy!

Sounds good, thanks for the reply. My limited playing with the unit has gone well. Portability seems good. A little more compartmentalization in the case would have been good for a portable unit like this. Perhaps offering an aftermarket Pelican or Stormcase type container for those of us who will be using it in a maintainance application around animalistic coworkers? Both TIG and stick function is OK. Very happily surprised by the adjustable post flow, was not expecting that. Would like some form of down slope, as there does not appear to be any at present, and dropping from high amperage to zilch is not optimal. Very happy with the stick electrode holder and ground clamp, but in the near future I'll probably be adopting a compact torch and foot pedal simply due to preference. I supose I should call about options for foot pedal? S/F....Ken M

The cards are using for accountability for each work process and also to record any issues during calibration and scope readings. It stays with the machine till the final stage of testing then it is removed when unit is packaged.

Thanks Duncan for posting pictures like this from the factory, it shows you guys are putting serious efforts into this brand, not like some other knock off brands i dealt with in the past. May i suggest something, you guy`s should have these pictures on your website, it shows that you guys are constantly testing and improving your products, people that are corious of this brand but have doubts, this might swing them into a sale??

I think the 160STH is going to be a great seller. The 110volts and HF start. Compact and light weight but enough power for most jobs.

    Ian,
If you look closely, those are extra covers for Everlast, and the shape of the triangle at the top is distinctive as being ours. Additionally, as we have published, we have forged an exclusivity agreement with the factory.

I see some units in the upper left corner (red lined) and the covers on a rack to the right of them.

AND for sure, I see Duncan in that picture.
