Has anyone ever used the miller welding calculator http://www.millerwelds.com/resources...bile/index.php It is a cool little tool. I know every welding situation is different but it seams like a good starting point. I have been in a few situations where this would have been nice. They have a version if you have a smart phone you can load it on your phone. It's nice for stuff you don't see everyday like copper or magnesium.
