Good job, by the way, it's just I'd think someone would pick up something cheap that was already made before going through all that trouble.

Nice work. Improvised equipment, no chrome, gotta love it. The raw finish makes your muscles meaner Haha.

All my weight plates are scratched, rusty and dirty, one of my bars is a 4 foot long 3/4 pipe and still has the threads on the ends. My house is over 100 years old,the basement is a dungeon.

I prefer single dumbells. Working with only one at a time forces you to use all those smaller muscle groups on the other side for balance.

I would use mostly dumbells as well. I only used the ez bar for reverse curls to build up the top of my forearm.

The thing I don't like about a bar it always seams your stronger arm takes more of the weight.

I use Dumbbells probably 75% of the time, the ezcurl is only one exercise for Bi's I also do seated Dumbbell curls along with Dumbbells concentration curls, I never use a bar for any pressing movements. Rotators cant take it any more.

You only do dumbell bench press, too?

That's good, but I'd just feel like I was missing something in my workouts.

That is correct, Dumbbell flat bench, Dumbbell inclines, Dumbbell shoulder presses. The only thing Im missing is the ability to barbell bench press more weight. It used to be a big deal back in my powerlifting days but. them days is long gone.

I like dumbells because I can do more reps on my left arm to help it keep up with my stronger arm.

I use Dumbbells so much that I ended up investing in a set of PowerBlocks. I recommend them to anyone looking for adjustable Dumbbells.
