Nice project Buzz, what the heck are power blocks??? and do they go over 100 lbs??

Powerblocks are plates that fit inside each other and the weight is determined by installing a pin in select slots. similar to a weight stack on a universal gym. Mine are 90lbs but you can get an add on to 130lbs
