Does Everlast sell/make a drag tip for the S45 torch?
Also, after reading the the Trafimet .pdf, it looks like the PD0116-06 tip is rated at 20 amps and would work better when operating on 120V, has anybody tried this tip on 120V?

Thanks zoama585, I have looked at those and may ordr from there. I believe Harbor Freight has the tips and electrodes locally. If I can't get them locally, I may order from China.
I am hoping someone has tried the smaller tip and it works well on 120V.
I am also curious how well it works as a drag tip.

We use the SK25 Plasma torches for our 110v PowerPlasma 25 . ( the big difference is in the torch itself not consumables) the torch runs at 25-30 psi and uses about 25% (33lpm) of the flow compared to the S45
with the tips and you will not see a difference in cutting quality, if any thing getting them from the Chinese Supplier ( most come from Wenzhou ) may not be the best idea.
Your best bet is to call the US office and ask them to check with the supplier as i am not up to date on the Sizes they currently make as for some reason it seems lately we have been getting our consumables and such directly from Trafimet .
This post has reminded me i need to ask why all our consumables are Italian and not from our chinese supplier as the quality from them is excellent .
Cheers
Duncan
Here is some more information I have found:
Trafimet S45 Consumable List
These appear to be pilot arc parts:
PR0110 Electrode
PD0116-06 Cutting Tip 20 Amp
PD0116-08 Cutting Tip 30 Amp
PD0116-09 Cutting Tip 40 Amp
These appear to be drag tip parts:
PR0106 Electrode Extended
PD0103-09 Cutting Tip Extended
