Wow that cut looks really nice. What kind of machine are you using??? Didn't think I wanted a plasma cutter but now you are making me look.

    All my money??? What money???

Just did more digging. A plasma cutter brings in a whole new world of learning. With a whole new world of consumables. Does it ever end??? Still looking at a 200dx. But the combo Power Pro 205 looks really nice. That is a ways out of my league. To see someone cut through steel like that. Not sure what else would cut aluminum that nice without a shear.

sydneysdad, thank you very much. Did you drag cut or hold the cut about 1/16" -> 1/8" above the metal? Your PU205P definitely cuts better than mine on 120V. Thanks again,

    Ken

That is some pretty nice cut quality on both the 220 and 120V cuts.

If Ken gets his figured out, I think I know what my next machine purchase will be...
