Default Asking for lighter torch recommendations for the i-Tig-200

Hi folks. I've got a WP-9V torch from an earlier welder purchase, and i have an i-Tig-200 now.The WP-9V torch is a lot lighter than the WP-26 torch that came with the i-Tig-200. Perhaps I could use my WP-9V torch with the i-Tig-200. For 1/8" and thinner it has enough capacity, but:
    1. No switch (I understand only an issue when not using a foot pedal)
    2. Dinse connector on the WP-9V needs an adapter.

I think I found an adapter on eBay for the Dinse connector, and I've seen TIG torch switches, so I should be able to find a 7-pin connector and run a wire with zip ties on the torch, or maybe get a new sheath (I haven't really looked into that).

Any suggestions for a lighter torch if I'm doing "thin" stuff (everyone has their own perspective, but I'm talking 1/8" or thinner), and/or has anyone adapted a WP-9V similar to what I'm thinking about?

The wp-9 with a pedal should be a great combination for light material. Just leave the valve open if the I-TIG has a gas solenoid.

I never could get used to the bulky feeling wp26 mine came with and finally realized it wasnt the tourch but the hard plastic sheith it came with. I removed that and put on a wrap around soft leather cover made for tig setups and it now feels perfect. I also made mu own adapter to use a portable hot stick tig setup weld craft wp17 with flex head for tight spaces.

I bought the WP-20F torch from Everlast.... WAY better feel for general Tig'ing. I like the switch on the handle...I used to use the pedal for most of my welding, Now I use the switch for the most part.

    Have a look... I also added a switch http://www.everlastgenerators.com/fo...ad-on-my-PP256
The superflex lead is way more flexable than a regular wp-9 lead and the ck130 torch is rated for 130 amps @ 100% duty cycle in A/C and D/C were the wp-9 knockoffs are only rated for 85 amps A/C @ 60% duty cycle.
