Final portable flywheel grinder after proto type

Well after doing a couple of portable flywheel grinding machine proto types finally got to last final one that i like and lighter and will sit on a bench , here is some pics

x y table from ebay from shars modified,bearings from http://www.vxb.com/ best place to buy bearings - table 14 inch big block Chevy flywheel from ebay, with thrust bearings for screw shafts , center bearing assembly a 2004 dodge intrepid hub bearing unit from ebay , lower mounting plate is a 91 suzuki sidekick fly wheel machined on Bridgeport mill for bearing unit . 1HP reversible electric motor from supply .com the cbn hub made on lathe at shop cbn wheel from shars.com . lower drive wheel from equipment .com to power table from gear reduction motor , table turning speed 19 rpm . second machine worked good just to big want machine lighter and able to just sit on a work bench frame will be half the height when finished , plate with 4 bolts is to set front and side tilt for electric motor , machine will be a flood wet grinder will have pan and pump to cool cbn wheel while grinding the 4 welded studs on lower suzuki flywheel is were the pan bolts too . frame is 2x6 .180 wall metal . shaft to turn upper plate will be a modified dodge intrepid cv shaft assy just waiting to get it in the mail its from ebay lol love ebay total parts and materials cost rite now just under a 1000 dollars bearings used in x y table . also coolant pan made from plate steel
