I bought one of these many years ago... It seemed to leak a little in time. Maybe because my tank had so much crap in it...
It is a cheapy and HF brand... One bad review from a guy that never even tried it... It does work well... I should pick up another one for my second compressor that I don't often remember to drain.

Any day on a motorcycle like this that ends just needing parts and labor is a good day.
4.82, 158.67mph 1/8th mile 7.350, 200.35mph 1/4 mile
Just like the instructions Sportbike posted... When the compressor cycles and stops running, it will give the drain about a 1/2 second burst of air/water. The line is plumbed into the unloader tube of the compressor. The tube running from the pressure switch to the cylinder.
Sounds like the guy who posted the tube kept coming off put it close to the cylinder head where it is pretty hot and softens up the plastic tube.

I don't see a max psi listed, but you would need to go with a different hose.
BTW with till you get some metal shavings in that pedal!!!!

I have the Wilkerson automatic drain that appears very similar and it works great. I wired it to run only when the compressor is turning so the hiss noise is minimal. The two dials are for the duration time and interval time.

I had one of these on my compresser first the plastic tube it comes won't hold more than 40lbs and it blows. I replaced with 1/4 inch copper and it worked well for about 6 months then it started leaking bad. I bought another one and it failed right away so back to a ball valve an on hands and knees damn![]()
