Default Project 2 from CGCINC: Category: Aluminum outdoor sign

This is an Aluminum outdoor Sign frame for the top of my building.
I will be wrapping the 2' x 6' Aluminum .090 sheet with my sign wrap that is getting printed.
After checking on prices of Aluminum channel, I decided to make this with angle instead.
2" angle for the triangle supports and 1" angle for the sign frame. 1/8" material.

It's really pretty basic and my welds aren't perfect but for my purpose it should be just fine.

It works pretty good but not a high end one.. Got it at Tractor Supply for around $25-$30 I think.

Got it mounted on the roof today. Still waiting on my Vinyl wrap to cover the 2'x6' sheet.

The design and the welds look good. Did you paint the aluminum or is it anodized?
