    Default Introduction ... Winky

Hi I'm "Winky" Brazzil this is my first post. I started welding about 8 years ago ... self-taught. I started with a small Harbor Freight hobby welder then found a used Miller Thunderbolt 225 stick welder with arc stabilizer for $50 since then I've acquired a Lincoln 180C, Hobart 125 Handler and a DC tig inverter from Chicago Electric and a Chinese 50 amp plasma cutter. I have been thinking of moving up to an AC DC Tig welder so I can do aluminum. I have been researching Everlast welders and so far I like what I see. I may go with a combo unit so I can save space in my shop … it all depends on when and how much money I can save up to do so.

Just noticed your photos when I logged in. Pretty cool stuff! Did you make the "motorcycle ensemble"?
Is it OK to want to break something just so that you can weld it back together?
