Yes it was similar. The one I saw was a vertical component though. Same concept.

I didn't like this since if you trace something it ended up traced backwards. I ordered the roller bearing and came up with abetter set up to trace and do straight cuts . i ordered a 100 bearings http://www.vxb.com/page/bearings/PROD/Kit7339

    Bought all three myself today.

The ripper I will get the money back in a couple days just splitting squared tubing.. Circles guide, just for fun, anyone want my plastic one I made (hahaha). Bought the stand off after a little thought, was gonna skip that, but the Everlast one makes a mess of the nozzle sometimes on the A81 torch. Will let you know how good DeWaynes guides work as well as the stand-off on the Trafimet A81.

Once you've got everything worked out, would love to see some pictures!
Is it OK to want to break something just so that you can weld it back together?

Would be interested to hear your feedback. I love the machined quality and the ultra fine adjustments on mine. I too, bought all three and have used them and been pleased. The only thing is for the straight guide, you may have to buy longer aluminum 3/8 dowels. the ones that come with it are about 12 inches long. I needed to rip the 4x10 sheets of aluminum, so I bought a 6' 3/8 aluminum dowel and cut it in half, giving me 2 Three foot sections. Good luck !
