I was wondering if anyone has wqranty info about the cut series plasma cutters. Everlast claims a 5 year warranty but does anyone have the specifics about parts replacemets or shipping? Just wondering, My cut50 works great.

A warranty repair means a new unit. The turnaround time is a lot faster that way.

We have had some exceptions to the rules. Some people are up on there electronics/electrical and mechanical knowledge. We will help that person diagnose a simple issue and send them part. But only if we feel they can be a good set of hands at the other end.

Does anybody have an idea how much it would be to ship from Iowa to Ca? I'm in the code 2 zone for UPS. I've hit a wall and can't figure out how much it might be. The super cut 50 is like 30 pounds boxed.

Shipping is included in the price. Outside of US, there is a shipping charge however.

Is the shipper fix or can we request a specific shipper and method. I fully understand I would have to pay any up charges. The reason I ask is if I use UPS Expedite the brokerage fees are included. Sometimes this negates the overnight costs.

We have changed our policies. You now WILL pay for the shipping and you can pay an additional premium to ship Fed Ex. But Canada policies are entirely different.
