Default Dialing in my IMIG 200... Question?

I cannot get the sizzle sound to be continuous. The wire will ball up on the end slightly until it burns off then it continues on, it's not bad because I've been adjusting everything and got it very close.
I've adjusted the tension on the wire spool, tension on the rollers, wire feed speed/voltage but I just can't make it totally go away. The gas is a 75/25 mix of Argon/Co2 running at 20cfm(adjusted from 10 to 30 with no change). My nozzle is clean and I've tried many different angles.

Is this normal or what am I doing wrong?

The clamps supplied as original equipment are entry level to keep unit cost down,,,buying a better clamp will pay off in the long run,,especially on mig machine where contact is broken and restarted over and over in the process of wire feed
