    Default Power plasma 50

Hi, I am interested in buying A PP50 for a primary cnc torch But i will also be cutting some 3/8 ar500 for steel targets on a water table, On some targets i will need to pierce some mounting holes, will the PP50 be able to do this? and if know one knows I would like to send a piece to someone who owns the PP50 and give it a try before i purchase this model of plasma cutter.
    Thanks Jim

Cutting and pierceing are two different things,,the rule of thumb for pierce is,,,20 amps for every 1/8 inch,,,not an exact rule but a good one,,I have a PP50 and a PP80,,,both good machines,,,the PP50 will do your 3/8 ar500 material.
Some of those lies people tell about me, are true
