Default Activity Stream and changes(?) to the forums

Am I going a bit nuts or has the forum "changed" a bit?? Has "Activity Stream" always been here and in the spot it is now? Not going to operate any heavy equipment until I figure out whether or not it's just me ....
Is it OK to want to break something just so that you can weld it back together?

You're seeing too? Then I'm glad it wasn't just me (altho they've already locked up the knives where I live). That Activity Stream looks like the next step from the "New Posts" link. I notice it's got filtering capability too.

OK, NOT just me ... whew! I'm going to have to spend some time tonight working my way through how it now works. Just when I was getting into a certain routine .... I think I like it, allows me to read a bit of the thread without having to pull up each topic. Will need to experiment.

Its really weird but may be nice. The only bad thing is that it outs every post in section and makes it harder to read them all. Its easy to skip one over when the last one chaged shades when you looked at it.

Yeah, I noticed that last night too. I was kind of hoping that would change back in a couple of days. Now it seems so .... generic.

Looking for new posts doesn't seem to work as it used to when I'm not logged in .... Tough to view the activity stream when there is a lot of activity and unfortunately, because I'm on the west coast and late riser, there's almost always a ton of activity before I'm even awake!
